Pexlii solves this client-side using the native ECMAScript Internationalization API (Intl.DateTimeFormat). When you select two cities, the browser reads their respective canonical IANA timezone identifiers (such as America/New_York and Europe/London). It computes the exact minute delta between the two locations for the specified target date, automatically applying any active summer daylight saving adjustments. When you drag the hour slider, the engine recomputes both times synchronously and evaluates whether the hour falls within standard business windows (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
